Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Tolleson, AZ is hiring Multi-craft Maintenance Technicians to keep manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently in a climate-controlled facility. Candidates should have strong electrical background, 5+ years of experience, and be able to troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, and repair industrial systems on 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am) on a rotating 5-2-2-5 schedule.

Starting pay is $35.50–$47.50 per hour with $1 night differential, potential performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in multi-craft maintenance or related electrical role.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and control wiring.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery to improve reliability.
• Perform predictive maintenance to prevent equipment failure.
• Read electrical schematics and troubleshoot from diagrams.
• Support safe startup/shutdown and adherence to lockout/tagout.
• Collaborate to minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement.
