Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or 4 years of equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• Experience supporting equipment in laboratory, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and coolant system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and common hand tools.
• Ability to read wiring schematics, technical procedures, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience diagnosing motors, actuators, motion control systems, and related components.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently or with remote technical guidance.
• Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada as required.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic test equipment.
• Support electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and coolant systems.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Document work processes and ensure safety and compliance.
• Travel to customer sites within the United States and Canada as required.
