Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC in Delaware, OH is seeking a hands-on Lab Technician to join the engineering team. The role focuses on executing electrical tests, assisting with prototype assembly, and maintaining lab safety standards in a full-time 6-month contract.

You will document findings to support cross-functional global development projects, troubleshoot complex circuits, and perform detailed teardowns down to the PCB level alongside product engineers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–5 years test engineering experience on electrical-based products or Bachelor's with 2–3 years.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and identify components.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and methodical problem solving.
• Excellent planning, organization, and communication in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and perform tests requested by product engineers.
• Assist with prototype unit assembly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, productive lab space.
• Perform tear downs and PCB-level technical analysis.
• Report findings in an organized manner.
