twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for our client in the Northwest Minneapolis area. The role focuses on after-sales warranty support, installation guidance, and remote troubleshooting for end users and dealers.

Ideal candidates will read electrical schematics and have a strong electrical/mechanical background with controls experience. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and a stable, specialized business environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in technical support or mechanical/electrical field service.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and schematics.
• Strong electrical and mechanical background with controls experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own after-sales technical support and warranty inquiries from dealers and end users.
• Assist dealers with technical questions at the time of product installation.
• Provide ongoing technical and troubleshooting support to end users post-installation.
• Read and interpret electrical prints/schematics to help identify the source of a problem.
• Guide dealers and technicians through remote diagnosis via phone, video, and written responses.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues remotely and recommend corrective action.
• Process and track warranty claims; maintain documentation of support cases and resolutions.
• Relay recurring field issues and product feedback to engineering and manufacturing.
• Participate in the internal Issue Log Team.
• Support secondary responsibilities as workload and background allow.
