Job summary

SJE Inc. in Detroit Lakes, MN, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with technical questions about electrical control panels and to process orders, BOMs, and electrical schematics.

You will maintain case records and generate reports as requested, serving as the service contact for Controls and Level-Sensing Technology products. The ideal candidate has strong communication and troubleshooting skills, familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical (preferred), and experience building

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year Electronics/Electrical Tech degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone or email with technical questions about electrical control panels.
• Accurately process orders and create Bill of Materials and electrical schematics.
• Maintain customer contact and case records using incident tracking software and generate reports.
• Serve as service contact for Controls and Level-Sensing Technology products.
