Job summary
Hyosung HICO in Memphis, TN seeks an Associate Manufacturing Technician to perform mechanical assembly, disassembly and installation tasks for power transformers. You will handle loading/unloading machinery, assemble components, measure with calipers, and conduct basic electrical tests, ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications
- Two-year Associate's Degree in electrical or related technical field.
- Minimum one year experience in testing or utilities.
- Experience as electrician or service technician with high voltage equipment preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Developed math and electrical engineering skills.
Responsibilities
- Load/unload machinery and operate non-CNC equipment; glue, clamp, paint and coat as directed.
- Assemble/disassemble parts; align and fasten to final product per specs.
- Measure parts using scales, calipers and micrometers.
- Inspect and document quality criteria to meet tolerances and orders.
- Connect, crimp, solder and braze internal leads and wiring per specs.
- Perform basic electrical tests to verify wiring and insulation.
