Job summary
Hyosung HICO, a leading transformer manufacturer in Memphis, TN, is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to perform mechanical assembly, disassembly and installation tasks in our state-of-the-art facility.
Ideal candidates will have a two-year associate degree in electrical or related technical field and at least one year of experience testing or utility-related work, with strong reading of drawings and quality documentation; we offer competitive benefits including medical, life
Qualifications
- Two-year Associate’s Degree in electrical or related technical field.
- Minimum one year experience in testing or utilities or equivalent.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings with clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing tasks including loading/unloading, and operation of non-CNC equipment.
- Assemble/disassemble parts, align, fasten, and inspect units to product specs.
- Conduct basic electrical tests and verify wiring per specifications.
- Follow prints and BOMs, maintain safety and quality standards.
