The position offers hands-on mechanical and electrical tasks in a manufacturing setting. The team prioritizes reliability, clear communication, and continuous improvement, with pay ranging from $37,440 to $45,760 per year.

Qualifications

• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering specs.
• Able to read tape measures and take precise measurements.
• Proficient with common hand and power tools.
• Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.
• Wiring, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Teamwork and effective communication.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfort working in non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Experience with hydraulics and truck components.

Responsibilities

• Install and mount non-electrical and electrical components and hardware per specifications.
• Assemble fabricated parts at assigned stations using appropriate tools.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and specifications to complete tasks.
• Verify assemblies meet safety and quality standards.
• Clean, inspect, and verify completed products against criteria.
• Use tape measures to ensure precise measurements.
• Operate drills, screw guns, and caulk guns safely.
• Perform basic mechanical and electrical assembly, including wiring.
• Work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and truck components per schematics.
• Collaborate with team to complete production tasks and support other areas.
