Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred experience: Hands-on assembly and basic mechanical aptitude; good problem-solving skills.
• On-the-job training will be provided; basic computer skills and ability to complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Repair/service of spreader rolls following company goals.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills to support a collaborative work environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and handle physical tasks.
• Operate hand tools, wrenches, wire cutters, screwdrivers, air drills, sanders, grinders.
• Stand for long periods and work on the shop floor.
• Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and related lifting devices.
