Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager to plan and lead production projects. You will assemble and guide the team, monitor progress, set deadlines, address issues, manage budget, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives.

The role requires a BA/BS in electrical engineering, 2+ years of PM in manufacturing, and 3+ years in electrical roles or PM. PMP preferred; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Electrical Engineering preferred
• Two years+ of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Three+ years of experience in an electrical role or industry required
• Three+ years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment required
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from pre-booking to customer final acceptance
• Direct project activities across planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, and testing
• Maintain overall responsibility for all details of each assigned project
• Ensure projects meet objectives by managing cost and scope
• Act as primary customer contact to sustain relationships and drive satisfaction
• Provide consultation on proposal development as required
• Lead customer kick-off meetings and communicate specs to the team
• Allocate resources based on commitments and drive alignment across departments
• Conduct project meetings with internal staff and customers as needed
• Follow document management processes for contract and project docs
• Manage vendor and subcontractor terms and deliverables
• Prepare contractual invoicing and pursue timely payments
