The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in electrical manufacturing. This hands-on position involves working closely with technicians on the shop floor while driving the transition from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing, harness fabrication, or I&C assembly.
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce production processes and quality standards.
• Lead hands-on electrical builds and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Author build instructions for complex wiring.
