Job summary

Chapman Heating, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking an Electrical Manager to lead a team of up to 10 electricians on residential and light commercial projects in Indianapolis. You will manage jobs end-to-end, set service pricing, and oversee financial performance while driving customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid Indiana Electrical Master License, 10+ years as an electrician, 4+ years in leadership, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Valid Electrical Master License in Indiana (active).
• 10+ years of residential/light commercial electrician experience.
• 4+ years of proven leadership or electrical management experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven knowledge of residential and light commercial electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all electrician jobs from start to finish.
• Set pricing for electrical services used by field electricians.
• Manage revenue and gross profit; control direct costs within a set budget.
• Respond to leads by estimating jobs, presenting quotes, and closing sales.
• Lead in the search and development of new electrical customers for Chapman.
• Lead a team of up to 10 field electricians; handle scheduling, reviews, hiring, and safety.
• Provide technical training, coaching, and mentorship to the team.
• Ensure safety and compliance with NEC/building codes; maintain high-quality workmanship.
