Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team in the Greater Indianapolis area. You will manage and estimate electrical construction projects across heavy commercial and light industrial sectors, pursue bid opportunities, and coordinate project execution from start to finish.

The role involves planning, monitoring, and closing projects, collaborating with multiple departments, and ensuring safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial electrical estimating, project costing and tracking.
• Experience with industrial electrical construction, design, finance, and project management.
• Ability to lead pre-construction activities and value engineering without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Strong written and oral communication with proficient computer skills (MS Project, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage and estimate electrical construction projects in heavy commercial/light industrial sectors.
• Assist in creating and pursuing bidding opportunities; initiate and complete job estimates.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects with coordination across departments.
• Interface with field supervision; manage labor resources, schedules, and manpower loading.
• Develop and present scope, cost, and schedule for projects; apply effective management techniques.
