HELP Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Master Electrician/Electrical Manager to lead our electrical operations, including service, install, and team performance. You will manage electricians, ensure code compliance, and drive safety, productivity, and quality workmanship to delight customers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in electrical trades, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with residential and light commercial systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Master Electrician License as required by state/local regulations.
• Experience with field service management software (e.g., Service Titan or similar).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and installation practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• A current and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo background check, drug screen, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of electricians and apprentices.
• Oversee daily electrical operations, including service calls and installation projects.
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Perform job site inspections and quality control checks.

• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.
• Must be willing to undergo a background check, drug screen, physical, and lift test (must be able to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs).

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodations may be made to perform essential functions.
