Job summary

Morris-Jenkins is seeking an HVAC Manager to lead and grow the Greenville HVAC department. You will collaborate with Dispatch to optimize scheduling, prepare and run weekly technical meetings, and hold one-on-one coaching sessions with field technicians and installers.

You will guide the team to deliver top-quality service, while leveraging your leadership to grow the department in a fast-growing area. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC in SC
• At least 1 year of HVAC management experience
• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to devise creative solutions, exercise independent judgment, and make appropriate decisions
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Fluent English (read, write, speak)
• Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Acceptable criminal background record
• Abstinence from drugs with clean drug screening results
• Reliable and punctual attendance

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HVAC team, guiding technicians and installers.
• Collaborate with Dispatch to manage schedule board and capacity.
• Prepare and run weekly meetings for HVAC Service Technicians and Installers.
• Hold one-on-one meetings and send daily game plans to the team.
