Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC in SC.
• At least 1 year of HVAC management experience.
• At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Valid local driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC department to stay organized and efficient and ensure technicians get what they need.
• Oversee schedule board and capacity with Dispatch and manage resources.
• Prepare and run weekly meetings for HVAC Service Technicians and Installers.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings and send daily game plans to the team.
• Coach HVAC technicians to reach higher levels of performance and growth.
