Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician for the Injector department on the 2nd shift to ensure reliability and uptime of fuel injector machinery.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment emphasizing electrical components to optimize production quality and efficiency. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years work related experience
• Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties
• Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, according to maintenance schedules and guidelines
• Replace or repair defective parts such as; belts, bearings, motors, or sensors
• Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems or abnormalities in the machines
• Collaborate with team members and team leads to analyze and resolves complex technical problems
• Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with the machinery, as well as comply with industry regulations and standards to ensure equipment is operating within legal and safety parameters
• Provide technical support to production teams to minimize operational disruptions
