Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, according to maintenance schedules and guidelines
• Replace or repair defective parts such as; belts, bearings, motors, or sensors
• Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems or abnormalities in the machines
• Collaborate with team members and team leads to analyze and resolves complex technical problems
• Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with the machinery, as well as comply with industry regulations and standards to ensure equipment is operating within legal and safety parameters
• Provide technical support to production teams to minimize operational disruptions

This position will be in our Injector department, overseeing our intricate processes for our Fuel Injectors. Your primary responsibilities will be to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and carry out repairs in order to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency and quality. This role will have a heavy focus on electrical components, so the chosen candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical machine maintenance.

This will focus in the DI Department on 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, according to maintenance schedules and guidelines
