Job summary

ASTEMO INDIANA, INC. is seeking a Machine Maintenance Technician for the Injector department on the 2nd shift. You will ensure proper functioning, reliability, and longevity of machinery, focusing on electrical components and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize production quality.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, repairing components, calibrating equipment, and maintaining detailed maintenance records. Safety compliance and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years work-related experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets for job duties.
• Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment per schedules.
• Replace or repair parts such as belts, bearings, motors, or sensors.
• Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
• Calibrate and align machinery for optimal performance and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure equipment operates safely.
