Job summary

Hader Solutions is seeking a full-time maintenance technician to perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems within our facility. You will install, repair, and test equipment while documenting conditions and following safety policies.

The role requires 4+ years in maintenance, 2+ years on electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors. English communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience, including electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated/outdoor conditions with PPE.
• High school diploma or GED with basic computer skills.
• Strong English communication and planning abilities.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work and document conditions using computer software.
• Operate tools and heavy equipment safely.
• Understand mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
