Job summary

Lasko Products in Franklin, TN seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires hands-on expertise, PLC troubleshooting, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability, with collaboration across operators, engineers, and maintenance staff; strong safety focus and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Certification as an IEM Technician is required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years experience as Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting, electrical controls, and automated production equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on production machinery, automated equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and identify root causes.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to support production schedules and minimize disruptions.
• Assist with equipment changeovers, setups, calibrations, and adjustments.
• Install, remove, and service production equipment including screws guns, fixtures, conveyors, sensors.
• Diagnose PLC-controlled systems and explain troubleshooting steps to leadership or operators.
