Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corporation seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for our Augusta, GA mill, home to the largest paperboard facility with 600+ team members. You will lead electricians and leadmen, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure safety and reliability of critical equipment.

You will develop crews, plan weekly schedules, and partner with plant leadership to execute maintenance projects, optimize downtime, and manage costs while upholding our safety standards and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor in Electrical Maintenance or Electronics preferred.
• 5+ years electrical/electronics experience in a production facility; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook; CMMS experience preferred (JDE).

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned electricians and leadmen with positive direction and management.
• Reviews performance and coordinates maintenance with plant teams.
• Develops crew through coaching, mentoring, and corrective action.
• Plans weekly maintenance schedules and shutdowns.
• Ensures safety practices and environmental responsibilities are followed.
• Controls maintenance timelines and costs; ensures equipment reliability.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Maintenance or Electronics (preferred)
