Job summary

Clearwater Paper Corp. is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at its Augusta, GA facility. Lead electricians and leadmen, manage maintenance plans and safety practices, and coordinate with unit managers to ensure reliable electrical maintenance operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical Maintenance/Electronics preferred.
• 5+ years Electrical or Electronics experience in a production facility required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook required.
• Experience using a CMMS is required (JDE preferred).
• Must have good E&I and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be able to supervise employees.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment with noise and physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned electricians and leadmen, directing crews.
• Conducts performance reviews and coordinates with managers and planning teams.
• Ensures maintenance activities are planned and executed to schedule.
• Mentors crew and drives development and coaching.
• Coordinates weekend and nightly mill-wide calls and payroll approvals.
• Reviews job assignments and oversees maintenance activities.
• Plans and executes maintenance shutdowns and cost controls.
• Identifies and resolves equipment reliability issues.
