Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America seeks an Electrical Supervisor in Valdosta, GA to coordinate planning and execution of electrical maintenance within the assigned area. You will lead hourly union electricians and help develop daily and preventative maintenance programs to improve machine reliability in the mill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years' experience, or the equivalent, in Electrical Maintenance Supervision.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Project, and AutoCAD.
• Successful completion of drug screen required and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction, assistance, and solutions to maintenance and operating personnel.
• Support daily, monthly scheduled maintenance outages and annual outage jobs within electrical maintenance and engineering.
• Deliver complete programs for all equipment and participate in capital projects and PM programs.
• Manage area equipment PM and maintenance programs and assigned work for outages.
• Assist with MS Project timelines for outages and plan capital projects for maintenance replacements.
