Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in electrical maintenance or paper industry operations.
• Previous supervisory experience, and ability to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance team, ensuring safety, engagement, and reliability.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, coordinate with operations and other mill areas.
• Manage training plans and development feedback, and ensure compliance with labor policies.
