Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s Degree in a related field with 5 years of progressive construction/water experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 8 years of progressive experience, including 2 years in supervision.
• Texas Class C Driver's License required and valid.

Responsibilities

• Supervises field crews and evaluates performance.
• Forecasts, allocates, and monitors human, physical, and financial resources for the assigned area.
• Plans, monitors, and reports field activities for operation and maintenance of electrical/instrumentation systems.
• Delivers safety training and mentors employees on safety and risk management.
• Reads and reviews plans, blueprints, and drawings; develops procedures to optimize field performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
