Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in an industrial setting, a bachelor's degree preferred, and the ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including occasional evenings

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial paper/pulp/power related function.
• Strong demonstrated leadership and ability to lead effective teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Procures maintenance materials and manages shipment and delivery of equipment for rebuilds and repairs.
• Manages maintenance costs and provides justification when costs exceed budget.
• Active participant in a maintenance and production team to maximize equipment production and availability.
• Schedules and leads maintenance shutdown planning meetings.
• Covers for area mechanical supervision during vacations and absences or on-call weekends.
