Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Technology Diploma (electrical maintenance) or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical maintenance operations for the Newark Plant.
• Ensure a safe, clean and compliant work environment and foster a safety-first culture.
• Develop risk assessments for critical tasks.
• Achieve 95% completion rate in <30 days for safety incident reports.
• Coach a unionized maintenance workforce and drive engagement.
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Improve reliability of plant power systems through maintenance and capital improvements.
• Collaborate with Production to improve machine performance and efficiency.
