Job summary

Qualifications

- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with power distribution and electrical codes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure safe, efficient execution of work.
- Schedule and supervise planned maintenance activities.
- Review equipment history and perform root cause analysis.
- Conduct safety audits and lead safety meetings.
- Attend daily planning with maintenance teams and field reviews.
- Mentor mechanics and ensure adherence to safety rules.
