Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of mill processes affecting Paper Mill operations.
• Familiarity with statistical process control techniques.
• Knowledge of maintenance management principles including preventative and predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure reliability at the lowest cost for the area of responsibility.
• Support Area Manager and Process Manager to schedule, coordinate, and execute maintenance and operational activities.
• Drive safety, reliability, cost, quality, productivity, and employee engagement goals.
• Lead outage planning and weekly planning meetings; manage backlogs and track progress.
