Job summary

Autoliv in Utah seeks a Maintenance Lead Specialist to oversee electrical infrastructure across multiple manufacturing sites. You will coordinate preventive maintenance, lead troubleshooting, and mentor Journeyman Electricians while ensuring safety and code compliance.

You will plan installations, manage improvement projects, and program Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to integrate with facility power.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician License and ability to maintain all required certifications per regulations.
• Hands-on experience maintaining low- and medium-voltage electrical infrastructure in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Preferred experience with medium-voltage substations, power distribution, and related electrical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations with a track record of compliance.
• Proven ability to maintain reliable electrical systems that support production through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the reliability of electrical systems across industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical installations, upgrades, and improvement projects in compliance with codes and standards.
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Lead and support electrical personnel by training, supervising, and mentoring apprentices and electricians while promoting safe work practices.
• Program, monitor, and maintain Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) integration with facility electrical systems.
