Exelon is seeking a Load Forecast Analyst to support five-year planning by forecasting monthly electrical usage and maintaining econometric models. You will develop and document load forecast models used for monthly forecasts and revenue accounting close, and prepare presentations and reports.

Requires a BS/BA and 2–4 years in utility economics or related fields; strong Excel and data skills, plus the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

• Experience: 2–4 years in utility, economics, finance or engineering functions.
• Strong analytical and Excel/database skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in forecasting monthly electrical usage for the five-year plan.
• Develop, maintain, and document load forecast models used for monthly forecasts.
• Prepare presentations and reports; support close processes and procurement analyses.
• Handle ad-hoc analyses and weather-adjusted usage reporting.
