Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Forecast Analyst in Chicago, IL to support the five-year LR P and monthly load forecasting for revenue planning. You will help develop and maintain econometric models, perform monthly estimates, and prepare management-ready reports and presentations.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data skills, and the ability to communicate complex results clearly. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required in economics, finance, engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years in utility economics/finance/engineering roles.
• Strong analytical and Excel/database skills.
• Experience with econometric models or forecasting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and documentation of load forecast models used to generate monthly usage forecasts by customer class.
• Perform monthly estimating and reporting functions to close the books and measure forecast performance.
• Prepare presentations and IPA reports documenting usage and procurement needs.
• Support analysis and ad-hoc requests related to load forecasting.
