Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle standing/sitting tasks
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as needed
• Bilingual skills and trade certification are a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and selecting merchandise
• Restock shelves and ensure products are stocked
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
