Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and handling information
• 6 months experience with retail technology like smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform related duties
• Minimum lifting of 25 lbs, with or without assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
