Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial electrical services, seeking an Electrical Leadman for on‑site work in New Braunfels, TX. The role leads electrical crews, ensures code compliance, and coordinates with customers and vendors to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements include a Master Electrician license, 2–4 years of field experience, blueprints literacy, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Master Electrician license.
• 2–4 years of electrical field experience.
• Experience leading crews or field operations.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical documentation.
• Willingness to travel to support project activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Review plans, specifications, and work orders for accurate execution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
• Lead and mentor less experienced technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to electrical work.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support project timelines and field operations.
