Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking an experienced electrical engineering leader to drive the technical execution of our autonomous maritime products. You will own the electrical roadmap, lead a high‑performing team, and collaborate with product, production, and software groups to deliver safe, producible, and high‑performing systems.

Responsibilities include defining deliverables, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring rapid design, build and test cycles from prototyping to production.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical teams in rapid product development.
• 2+ years designing, building, or testing complex electrical systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication across disciplines.
• Willingness to work long hours to meet product deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Owns the electrical technical execution roadmap and deliverables.
• Leads electrical development asynchronously and in IPT meetings.
• Own product cost estimating and execution; budget oversight and approvals.
• Tracks key performance metrics for electrical subsystems from development to production.
