Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking an experienced Electrical/Instrumentation Technician in the Richmond area to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain control systems, sensors and analyzers to ensure optimal machine performance.

Requires a State Journeyman's Electrical License and a 24-hour HAZWOPER certification, plus a High School Diploma/GED and at least two years of experience. Strong teamwork and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum two years of work experience.
• State Journeyman's Electrical License required.
• 24-hour HAZWOPER Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/instrumentation issues using testers and diagrams.
• Dismantle and replace defective parts; reassemble and test for optimum performance.
• Calibrate sensors, analyzers, pH probes and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate service logs and report findings to supervisor.
• Assist with equipment failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Order parts and manage inventories for maintenance programs.
• Adhere to health, safety and compliance requirements.
