Veolia North America is seeking an Electronics Technician to install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems at our facilities. The role involves working with PLC/DCS systems, calibrating sensors, and ensuring reliability across process equipment.

The candidate should have an associate degree in electronics or equivalent experience, with 1–3 years in electronics, and the ability to read schematics and use calibration tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of advanced digital and analog electronics.
• Ability to solder and desolder without damage.
• Ability to read schematics or process/instrumentation drawings.
• Ability to calibrate equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment problems.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and overhaul instrumentation and related control systems.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions encountered during duties.
• Install and calibrate control systems and peripheral equipment (PLC/DCS) and tune control loops.
• Update operating and maintenance documents (hard copy and electronic).
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors to start up and test new systems.
