Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks an Electrical/Instrumentation Technician to inspect, troubleshoot and repair complex equipment including control systems, sensors and motors. You will support preventive maintenance, safety compliance and equipment failure analysis in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, with an Associate’s degree preferred and 2 years related experience. A 24-hour HAZWOPER certification is expected, with strong customer orientation and teamwork

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
• 2 years related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical/instrumentation equipment.
• Inspect, maintain and repair control systems, sensors, analyzers and motors.
• Follow safety, health and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records and forward logs with findings to supervisor.
• Assist with equipment failure analysis and preventive maintenance.
• Order parts and manage inventories as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
