Qualifications

• Five+ years in design, construction, operations, engineering or maintenance of utility systems or related fields.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Operational knowledge of work and asset management and analytical/reporting apps.
• Effective change leader with ability to communicate strategies to stakeholders.
• Proven results in achieving performance metrics and process adherence.
• Completion of an approved apprentice program in a related craft.
• Understanding of utility finance.
• Experience working with bargaining unit employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and foster a strong safety culture with the Safety Consultant.
• Evaluate team performance using operational metrics and drive process changes.
• Lead crew effectiveness, ensure resources and skills meet objectives.
• Recruit and develop talent, manage performance, and support employee engagement.
• Build internal and external relationships to support Operations and customer outcomes.
• Oversee compliance with policies, labor agreements, and regulatory standards.
