You will communicate strategic changes, manage talent, and coordinate with planners, schedulers, and crews to align skills with work activities, while upholding regulatory compliance.

This role supports a hybrid work model with onsite presence and a focus on safety and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in design, construction, operations, engineering or maintenance of utility systems/power generation plants or related industries/fields.
• Operational knowledge of work and asset management and analytical/reporting applications.
• Completion of an approved apprentice program in an appropriately related craft.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership and real-time accountability through safety meetings, audits, training and field observations.
• Evaluate team performance using efficiency, reliability and quality metrics; drive process adherence and improvements.
• Maintain crew productivity and quality of execution; align skills and availability with work activities and customer needs.
