Job summary

Intrepid Potash is seeking an Electrical Working Supervisor for East Plant Surface Operations. You will lead a multi-discipline maintenance team responsible for electrical and instrumentation upkeep, safety, and reliability to support production targets.

The role reports to the East Maintenance General Foreman and requires ensuring asset integrity, applying maintenance standards, and coordinating with operations to sustain plant availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a mine/plant/industrial production environment including operating and maintenance.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for electrical and instrumentation maintenance teams to meet safety and production targets.
• Ensure equipment availability and asset integrity through planned maintenance and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with on-site management and engineering teams to deliver business goals.
