Job summary

Intrepid is seeking an Electrical Working Supervisor to lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities on East Plant Surface Operations in a way that supports safe work execution and reliability. The role reports to the East Maintenance General Foreman and directs a multi-discipline team to meet production targets.

You will ensure equipment availability, asset integrity, and alignment with the company business plan while managing a diverse team and interfacing with operations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a mine/plant/industrial production environment including operating, maintenance and electrical experience.
• 3 or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to support production goals.
• Provide workforce direction and ensure safe work execution.
• Maintain asset integrity and equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, operations, and HSE to deliver business goals.
• Use computer systems daily to manage work orders, capacity scheduling, and purchasing duties.
