Job summary

Pixelle Speciality Solutions, LLC seeks an Electrical Instrumentation Controls Supervisor (EI&C) to lead safety initiatives and drive incident investigations at the Spring Grove plant. The role collaborates with engineering, maintenance, and production to improve reliability and process awareness.

The position requires strong communications, people management, and SAP-based tools experience in an industrial setting, with on-site responsibilities and 24/7 readiness as needed.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level certification in a state recognized apprentice program or equivalent work experience is desired.
• Must have the ability to manage people.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in an industrial environment.
• Must have above average communication skills, both written and oral.
• Above average computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• SAP, SAP-PM or other software experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Champions Safety in Every Aspect of the Position.
• Ensure Completion of all Incident investigations (Substandard Conditions, Near Miss, Injuries, Observations, etc.).
• Ensure a high level of awareness and employee compliance for Pixelle's Electrical Safety Policy.
• Ensure Environmental Systems Process Awareness and Compliance.
• Understands and Administers Company Policy.
• Responsible for identifying / executing Reliability Roadmap Action Items.
• Consistently apply documented processes to proactively drive tasks and support team members.
