Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial electrical, instrumentation, and control systems within manufacturing.
• Experience leading engineering, maintenance, or technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls operations across the facility.
• Provide technical leadership to troubleshoot electrical and control system issues to maximize reliability.
• Develop and implement electrical, controls, and instrumentation solutions to improve safety and efficiency.
• Manage capital projects from design through startup for improvements.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, reliability, and external consultants to meet objectives.
• Ensure documentation (drawings, P&IDs, schematics, SOPs) is accurate and up-to-date.
• Establish engineering standards and change management processes for systems.
• Develop lifecycle plans, modernization roadmaps, and technology strategies.
• Support reliability initiatives with preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT to secure industrial networks and interfaces.
