CTG is seeking a Construction Manager—Electrical and Instrumentation to lead electrical/instrumentation construction activities at a Hebron, OH site. Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of electrical/instrumentation or construction management experience.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors, plant operations, and maintenance teams.
• Strong English communication skills and professional interaction with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and instrumentation construction activities and ensure installations meet project requirements.
• Conduct site safety observations and identify potential hazards.
• Perform punch-out activities following GC quality pre-checks.
• Support loop check documentation and sign-offs.
• Coordinate Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) permits with site and GC.
• Coordinate electrical outages with GC, plant operations, and maintenance.
• Support material management including storage, location, and accountability of project materials.
