Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a Construction Manager – Electrical & Instrumentation in Hebron, OH, for a 7‑month assignment. The role oversees electrical and instrumentation construction activities, ensures installations meet requirements, and coordinates safety programs and outages with GC and plant operations.

Ideal candidates have 10–15+ years in electrical/instrumentation or construction management and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent technical diploma or trade qualification with extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and instrumentation construction activities and verify installations meet project requirements.
• Conduct site safety observations and identify potential hazards.
• Perform electrical and instrumentation punch-out activities following GC quality pre-checks.
• Support loop check documentation and sign-offs.
• Coordinate Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) permits with the site and General Contractor (GC).
• Coordinate electrical outages with GC, plant operations, and maintenance.
• Support material management by verifying proper storage, location, shipment, and accountability of project materials.
