Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Specialist to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical, instrumentation, and automated control systems across the plant. You will support maintenance and production with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and process automation to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include PM tasks, system upgrades, root-cause analysis, and training operators and technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs in industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and automation equipment.
• Assist with new control systems installation and startup.
