Electro-Mechanical Test Technician — 2nd Shift

Job summary

A manufacturing company in Connecticut seeks a Test Technician responsible for monitoring test procedures and equipment to produce quality products. Candidates must have 2 years of related experience, be able to read blueprints, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role includes preparing units for testing and ensuring proper documentation. Shifts are available from 6:30am-3pm and 3pm-11:30pm with a differential for second shift work.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to interpret drawings and measure accurately.
• Capable of moving safely in restricted spaces.

Responsibilities

• Monitor test procedures and equipment to ensure quality products.
• Prepare units for testing including filling fluids and installing instruments.
• Test units using the correct documentation and equipment.

Skills

Electrical troubleshooting

Hydraulics knowledge

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
